KEVOS respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what we do with it. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
We only collect personal information you choose to give us. When you use the contact or quote form, we receive:
- your name, company and email address;
- your phone number, if you provide it;
- the service you are interested in and your preferred contact method; and
- the description of your project or problem.
Like most websites, our hosting provider also processes technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse.
How we use it
We use the details you send only to respond to your enquiry, prepare any quote or proposal you ask for, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to. Please do not include confidential technical information in the form; if you need to share drawings or documents, we can arrange that once we reply.
Service providers
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Contact form messages are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service. To block spam, the forms use hCaptcha, which processes information about your device and how you interact with the check, under hCaptcha's own privacy policy and terms; it loads only when you use a form. These providers may process data outside Australia. We only use providers that apply reasonable security safeguards.
Booking a meeting
If you choose “Book a meeting”, you leave this website and book through Google Calendar’s appointment page. The details you enter there are collected by Google on KEVOS’s behalf and handled under Google’s privacy policy. KEVOS uses them only to arrange and hold the meeting.
The website assistant
The KEVOS Assistant (the chat window) answers questions using information published on this website. Your questions are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to generate a reply. KEVOS does not store chat conversations on its servers; the conversation is kept in your browser for the current session only and disappears when you close the tab.
If you choose “Leave a message”, the details you enter and the conversation so far are sent to KEVOS by email so we can reply. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into the chat.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we measure visits, we use privacy-focused analytics that do not use cookies or follow you across other websites. Your light or dark display preference is saved in your own browser’s local storage and never leaves your device.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep enquiries only as long as they are useful for responding and for reasonable record-keeping, then delete them.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Please contact us through the contact page. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as KEVOS and this website develop. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
