Engineering certification and approvals
Not all assignments include professional engineering certification, statutory approval, design sign-off or compliance certification. KEVOS does not provide statutory engineering certification unless that is expressly agreed in writing for a particular assignment and KEVOS is appropriately qualified and authorised to provide it.
Regulated or specialist work, for example work that legally requires a registered professional engineer, a licensed trade, a building certifier or another accredited professional, may need to be carried out or reviewed by appropriately qualified or registered professionals. Where KEVOS becomes aware that this is likely, it will tell you.
Project-specific information
Technical outcomes depend on the accuracy and completeness of project-specific information, site conditions, requirements and decisions provided by the client and others. Recommendations, concepts and documentation are prepared on the basis of the information available at the time.
Safety and implementation
Clients remain responsible for how recommendations are implemented in their workplace, including work health and safety obligations, risk assessments, guarding, training and compliance with applicable laws and standards.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
