The platform · KEVOS

KEVOS Studioparametric CAD, in a browser tab.

A constraint-solving sketcher, a parametric feature engine and a native B-rep kernel — with the drawing, GD&T and tolerancing tools that turn a model into something a workshop can actually build. No install, and the project sits next to the rest of your engineering work rather than in a separate application.

Straight answer

What works today

The Studio is real, and it is not finished. Filled markers are built and usable now; outlined markers are planned and their commands open a placeholder that says so.

  • Parametric sketcherConstraint solver, full sketch environment
  • Part designExtrude, revolve, sweep, loft, rib, chamfer, booleans
  • B-rep modelling kernelNative kernel, 47/47 API conformance
  • Assemblies and matingSingle-document assembly with mates
  • Drawings and GD&TDrawing, dimensioning, section and tolerance generators
  • Surface modellingPlanned
  • Sheet metalPlanned
  • Simulation (FEA)Planned
  • CAM toolpathsPlanned

5 of 9 capability areas are built and in use. The remaining 4 — surface modelling, sheet metal, simulation (fea), cam toolpaths — are planned, and nothing in the interface pretends otherwise.

How it is organised

One engineering workspace

Design work and the rest of the project are rooms of the same building, not separate destinations.

Project dashboard

Every project owns its parts, assemblies, drawings, calculations, versions and documents. Open a project and the design work is already attached to it.

  • Parts, assemblies and drawings per project
  • Version history on every document
  • Manufacturing files kept with the design

The assistant is in the room

The same engineering expert that answers in KEVOS Intelligence can see the project you are working in, so a design question does not need the context re-explained.

  • Design review against the live model context
  • Sizing and tolerance questions in place
  • Conversations stored on the project

On the roadmap

01

Surface modelling Planned

Designed and specified; the interface command exists and opens an honest placeholder until the implementation lands.

02

Sheet metal Planned

Designed and specified; the interface command exists and opens an honest placeholder until the implementation lands.

03

Simulation (FEA) Planned

Designed and specified; the interface command exists and opens an honest placeholder until the implementation lands.

04

CAM toolpaths Planned

Designed and specified; the interface command exists and opens an honest placeholder until the implementation lands.

Sign in and start a part. The sketcher, the feature engine and the drawing tools are there now — the rest is on the list above.
