In 2012, our team was tasked with redesigning the Bulk Master Series 7 truck, a crucial vehicle for bulk explosive delivery in the mining industry. Our goals were to increase durability, reduce weight, and enhance efficiency and safety.

To achieve this, we replaced the existing welded structure with advanced sheet metal profiles. This innovation made the truck significantly stronger and more resistant to damage while also reducing its overall weight, leading to improved fuel efficiency.

Further enhancements included:
